I have occasionally patronized this cafe but quite often. The reform of service delivery and customer service experience is very positive. Last time the food here sucked as if the chef jus anyhow cooked . Now it's very much improved that the cafe experiences repeated customers' visits. the portion of the meal here is just quite big and this is indeed the cafe's value added service delivery coupled with very reasonable and affordable pricing of which so far none of its competitors are able to copy it. Imagine you are going to other cafe then you pay same price like when you eat in cafe house but the portion is smaller than in cafe house . Which stupid person would like to have such experience? Then the staff are much proactive and friendlier. They are also much open to customer's feedbacks nowadays in order to improve the service delivery n experience. Kudos to the owner of cafe house who made right reform on the total service delivery and products to be very customer oriented.

Nice. It was the firat time i visit. But today 26 december 2023, i've just visited again. And i order some menus, ofcourse steak is the favorite. Eventhough it was meltiq but it is delicious. With vegetables and french fries. I love it so much. There were customer satisfaction in great values. Do you know when i get in the toilet, it was amazed me. Youcan see my video. It was clean and complete thing. Very good. If there is 10 i will push it. So all of you should come here enjpys the place and delicious menu. Happy end of year 2023...Love You... Just already come in 2025... And try Signatire steak, tenderloin steak, delicious...

For owners... please read this. Your cafe is a lil bit pricey but worth a try. Good food, good ambience, good service... So far. But one of the staff kept looking straight at me for some time which I didn't know why. The Japanese Chicken Katsu Pasta was delicious so does the Nasi Goreng variant. The platter mix was fine but the thincrust pizza was so so... Aaaand PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE THROW YOUR PLASTIC CUPS AWAY!!! It may seem economize but for a good ambience and good food like that esthetics is a must. Do not use plastic cups for your beverages use real glass, more satisfying, more esthetics, more vibes of the "café".

Delish food, located in the middle of binjai city. Cozy and fancy place. Best place to eat western food. The price is also not that expensive the place not crowded and its easy to find parking space

Yoooo ~ Let’s talk about The Cafe House lah ! - This place is pretty chill and perfect for hanging out with friends . The coffee and food here are just okay ~ not amazing , but good enough to relax and enjoy . You can find the usual stuff like iced coffee and food , but if you’re looking for something really special , you might be a bit let down. ~? - The staff is cool too . They’re friendly and quick ~ but no one stands out as super memorable hmmmm ~ The service is fine , just not a highlight of the place - The vibe is cute , with a few nice spots for photos , but nothing too mind blowing . If you just want a cozy place to hang out , it works well !!! Overall , if you’re looking for a chill spot to grab coffee and a snack - The Cafe House is a solid choice . Don’t expect too much , but you’ll have a nice time !
